According to the U.S, Bureau of Statistics, about 40,100 openings for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics and installers are projected each year, on average, over the next decade. Employment of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics and installers is projected to grow 5% from 2021 to 2031.
Morning, Afternoon, or Evening Classes
Northwestern Tech offers Morning, Afternoon, and Evening classes. With flexible class times, our students are able to attend class while their kids are at school or work full time and attend class around their work schedule while working towards a new, high-wage job. Our students love how they can set their own schedules and make their HVAC classes work around their busy lives.

Our financial aid advisors will help determine what financial aid (If qualified) is available to you while explaining step by step how the process works. They ensure that our students have a solid understanding of their funding options. They also help assist you in filling out the paperwork and meeting filling requirements.

Career Paths
Our students learn how to maintain, service, and install furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and refrigeration systems for residential and light commercial uses. Our HVAC program covers general building, facilities, and property maintenance, too, including basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
