This course covers the basic fundamentals of residential, light commercial property maintenance. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, direct replacement/repair of water heaters, faucets, toilets, basic electrical wiring, and the minor repair of dishwashers and garbage disposals. In addition, some facets of exterior maintenance are covered.
